Internal Assessment Write-Ups

posted Nov 23, 2018, 11:08 AM by Mr Lundberg   [ updated Dec 8, 2018, 5:36 PM ]

These two assignments must be completed independently. It's okay to use your outline to keep you on track, but all of the words and phrasings must come from you. If you have any questions about the requirements of this assignment, the first thing you need to look at is the IA Guidelines from the IB Subject Guide.
  • IA Write-Up Part 1: project grade, due 11/26
    • Sections: Introduction, Exploration, and References
    • Use the Checklist Rubric to make sure you have everything
  • IA Write-Up Part 2: test grade, due 12/10
    • Sections: Analysis, Evaluation, and Appendices
    • Use the Checklist Rubric to make sure you have everything
These must be uploaded to TurnItIn by 11:59pm on their respective due dates.

Here is a clearer version of the rubric. You also have your Oxford textbook excerpts and an annotated sample IA for each section (yellow packets). You may also use these two annotated Sample IAs graded by IB to guide you:
Remember that these are rough drafts of your rough draft. You will make mistakes and it will be okay!
